Allens Training

Allens Training is a privately owned registered training organisation whose head office on the national register is at Noosa Heads on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The company says it started in Goulburn in New South Wales, lists national support offices in Goulburn, Noosa and Birtinya, has grown to a team of more than 40 people and is led by its directors Jim and Helen Allen. Its course range covers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation, health and safety, fire and emergency, food safety, chainsaw operation, agricultural chemicals, construction industry units including the white card course and low voltage rescue, health care and community care courses, child protection and a number of full qualifications. On the Sunshine Coast the company lists public training venues in Birtinya, Maroochydore, Nambour, Baringa and Beerwah. The company describes a partnership model in which trainers and partner businesses that are not registered training organisations themselves deliver its nationally recognised courses while it holds the registration and compliance obligations. It publishes a student handbook, a refund policy and complaints and credit transfer forms. The national training register listed the company as a current registered training organisation when this profile was checked. A directory listing is not a check of any partner's delivery or of a course's scope of registration. Check current courses and venues on the official website.
